Job Description
As a Remote Customer Relationship Officer, you will serve as the main point of contact between GoldCrest and its clients. You’ll handle inquiries, manage feedback, build lasting relationships, and ensure that customer needs are consistently met. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Maintain an updated database of client information and service records.
- Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction trends and suggest improvements.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer relationship management or support roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and remote collaboration tools.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
