Job Description
As the Remote Social Media Manager at TrendSphere Digital, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with client objectives. You will manage multiple accounts, schedule posts, track analytics, and oversee engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). The role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and marketing knowledge.
This is a role for a self-starter who can work remotely without supervision, keep up with social media trends, and deliver measurable results for clients. You will also collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and ad specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for client accounts.

Oversee daily posting schedules and ensure timely uploads.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related discipline.

2–3 years proven experience in social media management.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite).

Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.

Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Familiarity with paid social media advertising.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience
Applicants should have at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing business or brand social media accounts, with a portfolio of successful campaigns. Prior work with marketing agencies or startups is an added advantage.
