Role Overview
As a Remote UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that elevate the digital presence of clients. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure designs align with business goals while enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes.

Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.

Maintain brand consistency across digital products.

Present and defend design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and techniques.

Iterate designs based on usability testing and feedback.

Work with marketing and product teams to align design with broader goals.

Document design guidelines for use across projects.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.

Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

Understanding of user-centered design principles.

Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Salary and Benefits
PixelForge Studios offers a competitive monthly salary in the range of ₦250,000 – ₦350,000, depending on experience and skill level. Benefits include:
