About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling through digital media and has a strong understanding of how to drive engagement and brand growth across various platforms.

As our Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you’ll be at the forefront of building our digital presence. You’ll develop content strategies that align with our brand identity, boost online visibility, and foster meaningful interaction with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic content plans for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content tailored for each social media channel.
  • Use scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting calendar.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, hashtags, algorithm changes, and platform innovations.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture our online community.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure content supports ongoing campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all content.
  • Manage social media advertising, including boosting posts and running paid campaigns to target the right audiences.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of platform-specific content strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Photography and videography abilities (with smartphone or camera) are a bonus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • A creative, self-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret insights for performance optimization.

₦200,000 monthly
