Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell Topfeed animal feed products across key markets in Oyo State. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, drive market visibility, support distributors, and ensure consistent product availability across assigned farm clusters and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor sales and marketing plans to ensure visibility and availability of Topfeed products in designated territories

Support promotional campaigns, merchandising efforts, and customer outreach in farm communities and local markets

Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and consumer trends to provide actionable insights to the Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Assist local distributors in inventory management, restocking, and logistics to maintain steady product flow and increase sales volume

Educate and support farmers with basic farm management practices to build loyalty and long-term relationships

Expand the customer base by identifying and onboarding new farmers, distributors, and retailers

Ensure prompt feedback and reporting on field operations to management

Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Background:

B.Sc or HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related disciplines
Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years in sales or marketing, ideally within the agricultural or animal feed sector
