  • Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and sales approaches.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
  • Motivate and coach team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback.

Sales Operations Oversight:

  • Manage daily operations of the sales department.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and data tracking systems.

Customer Relationship Management:
