- Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and sales approaches.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
- Motivate and coach team members to meet or exceed sales targets.

Sales Operations Oversight:
- Manage daily operations of the sales department.
