Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Executive, your core task is to prospect and convert Nigerian business leads into paid SaaS users. You’ll reach out via calls, emails, social media, and virtual presentations, educating clients about the features and benefits of NexaCore’s tools.

This is a target-driven position, and your earnings increase based on your performance. You’ll receive training on the products, sales strategies, and objection handling.

Key Responsibilities

Your typical duties include:

  • Lead Generation:
    Research Nigerian startups, SMEs, and freelancers in need of digital tools using LinkedIn, local directories, or referrals.

  • Cold Outreach & Warm Follow-Up:
    Call and email leads to introduce the product and schedule demo calls. Follow up with prospects who signed up for the free trial.

  • Product Demo & Presentation:
    Use Zoom or Google Meet to walk prospects through NexaCore’s tools, highlighting how the software solves their business challenges.

  • Client Onboarding:
    Guide new clients through the setup process. Coordinate with the tech team for customization or support requests.

  • CRM Updates & Reporting:
    Log all communication in the company’s CRM (HubSpot). Track progress, update sales pipeline, and send weekly performance reports.

  • Achieve Sales Targets:
    Convert free trial users to paying customers. Monthly commissions are tied to your conversion rate.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, fluent in business communication, and comfortable using tech tools.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (HND accepted)

  • Previous experience in sales or customer acquisition (at least 6 months)

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Internet-ready laptop and reliable data/Wi-Fi

  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho

  • Confident in giving presentations over video calls
