Role Summary
As a Virtual Tech Assistant, your core mission is to support MST’s campaigns by helping to register students, onboard them into tech programs, guide them through the training processes, and serve as a point of contact throughout their learning journey. Your efforts will contribute directly to lowering tech illiteracy across Nigeria and facilitating access to remote employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Outreach & Student Registration

Actively promote MST programs like Tech City, Tech Savvy, and Tech Sisters to targeted audiences.

2. Student Support & Engagement

3. Customer Relations & Conflict Resolution

4. Reporting & Market Feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

OND, NCE, or Bachelor’s degree (any field)
