Role Overview
The Remote Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that grow StyleHive’s audience, increase engagement, and boost sales. You will manage the brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), and Pinterest while aligning campaigns with StyleHive’s seasonal collections and overall vision.
This is a creative and analytical role — you’ll need to create exciting content while also measuring performance and optimizing strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies tailored to StyleHive’s fashion collections and brand goals.

Content Creation: Oversee photoshoots, develop captions, and create videos/reels that engage audiences.

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Campaigns & Ads: Manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with fashion influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, challenges, and platform updates.

Collaboration: Work with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.

Proficiency with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite).

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Experience running paid social media ad campaigns.

Creative eye for photography, video, and design.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet campaign deadlines.
