The Remote Social Media Manager role offers the opportunity to manage campaigns for top-tier Nigerian brands as well as international clients. Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube).

Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality posts tailored to each brand’s tone and objectives.

Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce visually appealing and engaging content.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.

Research trends, hashtags, and industry conversations to keep content relevant and competitive.

Build strong online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.

Execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and track ROI.

Stay ahead of emerging tools, features, and algorithms to maximize brand visibility.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven 2–3 years’ experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.

Strong knowledge of social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social).

Ability to design simple graphics using Canva or work alongside creative designers.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to digital audiences.

Familiarity with running paid ad campaigns and interpreting analytics dashboards.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
