Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube).

  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality posts tailored to each brand’s tone and objectives.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce visually appealing and engaging content.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.

  • Research trends, hashtags, and industry conversations to keep content relevant and competitive.

  • Build strong online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.

  • Execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and track ROI.

  • Stay ahead of emerging tools, features, and algorithms to maximize brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven 2–3 years’ experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.

  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social).

  • Ability to design simple graphics using Canva or work alongside creative designers.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to digital audiences.

  • Familiarity with running paid ad campaigns and interpreting analytics dashboards.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
