Role Overview
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing clients’ websites, conducting keyword research, tracking performance, and ensuring that every campaign achieves results.
You’ll collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to deliver impactful SEO strategies that improve rankings and visibility across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.

Perform on-page SEO including meta tags, headers, URL optimization, and internal linking.

Implement technical SEO best practices such as site audits, speed optimization, and mobile-friendliness.

Develop and execute link-building strategies to boost domain authority.

Collaborate with the content team to optimize blogs, landing pages, and web copy.

Track, measure, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in SEO, preferably within an agency setting.

Proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic.

Strong understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practices.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.

Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
