Role Overview

The Remote Product Manager will serve as the bridge between users, business stakeholders, and development teams. You will define product roadmaps, oversee feature development, and ensure each product aligns with market demands and company vision.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
Conduct market research to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions.
Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
Translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
Prepare detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and specifications.
Manage product launch campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
Stay updated on SaaS and technology trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or product certifications like AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, or PMI-PBA are a plus).
4–6 years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS or tech startups.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Productboard.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and inspire teams.
Ability to balance technical depth with business insight.

Desirable Attributes

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong background in data analytics and KPIs tracking.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping.
