Role Overview
The Remote PR & Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing EchoWave’s image and reputation across multiple platforms. You will coordinate press releases, build relationships with journalists and influencers, and craft communications strategies that increase brand recognition.
This role requires someone who is both creative and strategic — a strong storyteller who can also analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust accordingly.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute PR strategies that align with company goals.

Draft press releases, media kits, and official statements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Manage EchoWave’s brand image and ensure consistency across all communications.

Handle crisis communications with professionalism and discretion.

Pitch stories and secure media coverage for new projects and company milestones.

Collaborate with content creators and social media teams to amplify PR campaigns.

Monitor and analyze PR performance, preparing reports for leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations.

Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.

Proven ability to secure media coverage and manage press relationships.

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with digital PR tools and media monitoring software.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
