Job Description
As a Remote IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the first line of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve various hardware and software issues efficiently. You will work closely with the IT operations team to provide top-tier technical assistance while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex solutions in simple terms. You’ll play a critical role in helping businesses maintain uptime and system stability, ensuring that IT services remain secure, efficient, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries through chat, email, or remote access software.

Diagnose and resolve system-related issues such as connectivity errors or crashes.

Assist in setting up user accounts, permissions, and IT policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or HND in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

3–5 years of IT support or technical helpdesk experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.

Familiarity with cloud tools such as Microsoft 365, AWS, or Google Workspace.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar certifications are an advantage.
