Job Description
The HR Specialist will serve as a bridge between the company’s leadership and its employees. They will oversee all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, performance management, training and development, policy creation, and employee relations. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
The HR Specialist will be expected to develop strategies that ensure employee satisfaction, foster retention, and create a thriving work culture. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
