Role Overview
The Remote HR Manager will lead all aspects of HR strategy and execution, from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluation and staff engagement. The role demands someone with strong leadership skills, an ability to manage teams remotely, and knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and global HR trends.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
