Job Summary
The Remote Human Resource Generalist will play a key role in strengthening the HR function by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and engagement programs. The role requires someone with excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills who thrives in a remote and tech-driven work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

- 3–6 years’ experience as an HR generalist or HR officer, preferably in a tech or remote setting.
- Familiarity with HR software like Zoho People, Workday, or BambooHR.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
Preferred Attributes
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or PHR) will be an added advantage.
