The role focuses on recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities

Assist in posting job vacancies across multiple platforms and shortlisting candidates.

Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews between hiring managers and applicants.

Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance forms.

Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration.

Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits.

Coordinate training schedules and assist in tracking learning and development programs.

Prepare periodic HR reports for internal review and client reporting.

Ensure all HR processes align with labor regulations and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least one year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency with HR software tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience working in an HR outsourcing or consulting environment.

Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems.

Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams.

Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and employee relations best practices.
