Job Overview

As the HR Manager, your primary role will be to foster a high-performing, motivated team by driving strategic HR initiatives. This role calls for a people-oriented leader with a passion for the social sciences, who can manage personnel development while aligning people strategy with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Data & Reporting:
    Monitor key HR metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing diverse teams across different backgrounds.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance evaluation systems.

  • Proficiency in task/project management tools such as ClickUp, or a willingness to learn quickly.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
