Role Overview
The Remote Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across client projects. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
You will collaborate with project managers, business consultants, and IT specialists to design and implement data solutions. This role demands a problem-solver with a strong background in statistics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for clients using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to provide actionable insights.

Create predictive models to forecast performance metrics and outcomes.

Translate complex data findings into easy-to-understand presentations and recommendations for clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify data needs and support project goals.

Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and industry standards.

Continuously improve data processes and recommend automation where possible.

Support the design of performance monitoring frameworks and KPIs for clients.

Stay up to date with emerging data technologies and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within consulting, finance, or tech industries.

Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.

Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, and clustering.

Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects remotely.
