To support its expansion in Africa, InsightSphere is hiring a Remote Data Analyst to join its distributed team. The Data Analyst will work closely with clients to interpret data, produce reports, and identify actionable insights that inform business strategies. You will translate raw datasets into meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations that executives can use to make better decisions. The role requires strong skills in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, alongside proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Analyze data using SQL, Excel, Python, or R to uncover trends and patterns.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into measurable KPIs.
Deliver insights that drive strategic decisions in marketing, operations, and finance.
Conduct predictive modeling and hypothesis testing for advanced business forecasting.
Ensure data compliance, privacy, and security in line with global standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and finance leads.
Prepare presentations and data visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously improve reporting processes and automate repetitive tasks where possible.
