Job Description

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our virtual team. The role requires individuals who are excellent communicators, adaptable to different client needs, and capable of handling inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries promptly through calls, emails, and chat systems

Assist with troubleshooting account access and technical issues

Document interactions and update customer records in the CRM database

Provide solutions to customer complaints or escalate to higher support when needed

Deliver onboarding support and product guidance to new users

Ensure compliance with service standards and company policies

Work with cross-functional teams to address recurring issues and improve service delivery

Meet performance targets including response time, call handling, and satisfaction scores

Participate in team meetings and continuous training sessions
