Job Description

The Remote Customer Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.

  • Provide technical support for common IT-related issues.
