Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Guide new clients through onboarding and product training.

  • Monitor client accounts to identify usage trends and potential issues.

  • Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

  • Collect feedback and relay insights to the product development team.

  • Develop client success plans to drive adoption and engagement.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key accounts.

  • Support customers in troubleshooting technical issues by collaborating with engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships at once.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior work in a SaaS or tech startup environment.

  • Exposure to customer success metrics like NPS and churn rates.

  • Ability to create training resources and FAQs.

  • Familiarity with live chat and customer support platforms such as Zendesk or Intercom.
