Role Overview

The Remote Content Writer will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing content that aligns with MedixCare’s brand voice and mission. This role involves simplifying complex medical topics into clear, engaging, and actionable content for both healthcare professionals and everyday readers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Writing: Produce high-quality blog posts, articles, and website content on health, wellness, and digital healthcare.

  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure visibility on search engines.

  • Content Planning: Work with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars aligned with company goals.

  • Storytelling: Translate complex health information into easy-to-understand, engaging narratives.

  • Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine content for accuracy, clarity, and tone.

  • Collaboration: Partner with doctors, medical advisors, and designers to ensure medical accuracy and visual appeal.

  • Social Media Support: Write copy for social media platforms, newsletters, and community engagement campaigns.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all written material reflects MedixCare’s brand guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–4 years of proven writing experience, preferably with a focus on healthcare, wellness, or technology.

  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

  • Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
