Job Description
As a Remote Business Analyst at PrimeFlow Systems, you will bridge the gap between clients and technical teams to deliver efficient digital solutions. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and ensuring that projects are delivered with precision and value. This position is ideal for a professional who can think analytically, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and data analysis to understand business processes.
- Identify problems and propose practical technology-driven solutions.
- Work with software engineers and project managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Prepare documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate project objectives.
- Support testing activities by verifying that deliverables meet requirements.
- Develop KPIs to measure the success of implemented solutions.
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations based on post-project analysis.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Jira.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
