We are a reputable and fast-paced law firm based in Ikoyi, Lagos, providing exceptional legal services to a diverse clientele. We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Job Description:

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming clients and guests, and providing administrative support to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized front desk
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support the real estate arm of the business.
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support to the legal team
  • Maintain confidentiality and always ensure discretion

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or legal setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Well-groomed, courteous, and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary:

Competitive and commensurate with experience
