About the Role: Product Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic thinker—someone who can lead with both execution and vision. In this role, you’ll shape our roadmap, drive daily decision-making, and ensure our products deliver meaningful value to our users.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Daily Product Operations
Handle bug triaging, manage feature requests, support internal teams, and turn ideas into actionable developer tasks. Write PRDs and specs when needed and identify practical solutions quickly. - Lead Discovery & Feedback Loops
Gather user insights, analyze data, and validate problems and solutions through iterative testing and continuous feedback. - Own Product Vision & Strategy
Define a clear product roadmap, prioritize tasks based on impact and user needs, and keep your vision aligned with company goals. - Align Stakeholders & Governance
Coordinate across teams and leadership, manage planning rituals, and resolve issues before they become blockers. - Oversee Delivery & Quality
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery. Manage agile workflows and mitigate execution risks. - Champion UX/UI Excellence
Collaborate closely with designers to ensure a user-first experience that aligns with our brand. Use testing and iteration to refine designs. - Measure & Optimize Performance
Define success metrics, lead product experiments, and use data to drive decisions and improve performance continuously.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fast-moving marketplaces
- Skilled in backlog management, sprints, user stories, and product experimentation
- Data-savvy and familiar with tools like GA, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Solid grasp of product development and engineering collaboration
- Proven track record of cross-functional teamwork with product, marketing, CX, and leadership
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with payment systems, APIs, global platforms, or AI-driven product features
