Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at GlobeReach Support, you will be responsible for interacting with customers across multiple channels including email, live chat, and phone. Your primary duty will be to resolve customer issues, guide users through product features, and ensure clients have a positive experience with the company’s services.
