As part of its expansion, the company is looking to hire a proactive and highly skilled Remote Human Resource Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management.
The Remote HR Manager role is crucial for ensuring smooth human resource operations within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies that align with the company’s culture and goals, as well as guiding managers and staff on HR best practices. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3 – 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a remote or international setting

Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Nigeria

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) will be an added advantage
