Job Description

The company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of LinkPoint’s solutions. This role requires a proactive, people-oriented professional who is passionate about customer experience, relationship management, and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Onboard new customers and guide them through the product setup process

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty

Monitor customer usage data and provide recommendations for improved adoption

Resolve product-related inquiries by collaborating with technical teams

Conduct virtual training sessions and create knowledge base resources for customers

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer value

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools
