Role Overview
The Digital Marketing & PR Strategist will be responsible for leading the design, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns that elevate Crescita Solutions’ brand reputation while maximizing client visibility across both digital and traditional media channels.
As a fully remote role, this position demands someone who is not only creative and analytical but also highly self-motivated and disciplined in managing projects independently. The ideal candidate will excel at blending creativity with strategy, ensuring that every campaign captures attention, resonates with target audiences, and delivers measurable results.
This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, storytelling, and public relations. It requires a professional who can align campaigns with business objectives, nurture long-term client relationships, and engage global media networks, influencers, and online communities. The strategist will have the opportunity to shape narratives that travel across borders and position both Crescita Solutions and its clients as leaders in their respective industries.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing and PR strategies tailored to client objectives. This includes blending SEO, content marketing, social media, and media outreach into cohesive campaigns designed for maximum reach and impact.

Brand Positioning: Build and strengthen brand narratives that highlight Crescita Solutions’ innovative edge while positioning clients as thought leaders within their industries.

Digital Storytelling: Lead the creation of high-quality digital content such as blogs, press releases, case studies, email campaigns, social media stories, and multimedia assets.

Performance Measurement: Monitor campaign outcomes using analytics tools, evaluate ROI, and deliver actionable insights through detailed reports to internal teams and clients.

Crisis Communication: Proactively develop and execute crisis communication frameworks to protect brand reputation and provide clear, effective responses during reputational risks.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with SEO experts, content creators, graphic designers, and account managers to ensure that campaigns are cohesive, creative, and strategically aligned.

Client & Media Relations: Pitch stories to top-tier media outlets, foster partnerships with journalists, and cultivate strong influencer relationships to secure coverage and amplify campaign reach.
Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing and PR strategy, preferably in an agency or other fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media strategy, and media relations.

Ability to pitch compelling stories and secure media coverage in reputable national and international outlets.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or their equivalents.

Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while working remotely.

Familiarity with crisis communication and reputation management is highly advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline (a Master’s degree is an added advantage).
