2. Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

Consider repeat infringement a cause for termination of a user’s ability to access the Site.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective under the DMCA, your counter-notification must include:
