Responsibilities

As the Remote Administrative Assistant, the candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations within CrediWave. Core responsibilities include:

  • Handling internal communications, emails, and document preparation.

  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial documents.

  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Supporting HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records.

  • Maintaining digital filing systems for easy retrieval of important documents.

  • Monitoring project deadlines and ensuring compliance with company processes.

  • Providing administrative support to the customer support team during high-volume periods.
