Job Summary

As a Chat Support Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking help with transactions, platform issues, account verification, and crypto education. You will respond to customer queries via the live chat system, email, and Telegram channels.

This is a remote, shift-based job with morning, afternoon, and weekend rotations — all done from your home.

Key Responsibilities

Here’s what your day-to-day duties will look like:

  • Live Chat Support:
    Respond promptly to live chat messages on the company’s website and mobile app.

  • Email Correspondence:
