Job Title: Remote Admin Assistant

Location: Fully Remote (Nigeria-based)

Monthly Pay: ₦100,000 – ₦130,000 (based on hours and performance)

Job Overview

As a Remote Admin Assistant, you’ll help manage the NGO’s daily operations behind the scenes. From coordinating virtual meetings and filing project reports to assisting with email correspondence and grant documentation, your work will be vital to the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Here’s what your typical weekly tasks will include:

1. Administrative Support

2. Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and send reminders for team Zoom/Google Meet calls

  • Take notes during virtual team or board meetings

5. Light Research

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • OND/HND/BSc in any field

  • Must reside in Nigeria and have access to a computer or smartphone

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive

  • Good typing speed and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Optional):

  • Experience working with non-profits or NGOs
