We are currently seeking a Remote HR Coordinator to support our HR team and clients in areas of recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and records management. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly

  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs

  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, policies, and reports

  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR-related issues

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and management

  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
