Job Description

We are currently seeking a Remote HR Coordinator to support our HR team and clients in areas of recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and records management. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling

Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly

Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs

Assist in the preparation of HR documents, policies, and reports

Respond to employee inquiries on HR-related issues

Provide administrative support to the HR team and management

Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational policies

Support payroll preparation and benefits administration

Facilitate employee engagement and wellness initiatives

Track and support performance appraisal processes
