What You’ll Own

As our Head of Social Media, you’ll drive the vision and execution behind our social presence, shaping how our brand shows up online and connects with our audiences worldwide. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, focused on building brand equity, growing communities, and converting engagement into measurable business results.

  • Lead and scale our global social media function, owning strategy and execution across both B2B and B2C verticals.

  • Design, manage, and optimize multi-platform content calendars, tailored for key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Threads, and emerging social channels.

  • Define and evolve the brand’s voice and identity across all social channels, ensuring consistency while customizing for regional and audience-specific nuances.

  • Develop and manage robust reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) including reach, engagement, brand sentiment, conversions, share of voice, and community growth.

  • Mentor and empower a high-performing team of content creators, community managers, platform specialists, and social analysts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, customer support, and leadership teams to ensure social content aligns with overall business goals and brand initiatives.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and algorithm updates—turning insights into innovative campaigns.

  • Oversee brand safety and reputation management on social media, particularly in times of crisis or high-stakes communication moments.

  • Champion a data-driven culture, continuously testing, learning, and iterating to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in social media strategy, with proven leadership in both B2B and B2C environments.

  • A strategic leader with deep experience in managing teams and collaborating across departments to align social media with broader brand and business strategies.

  • Experience in fintech, tech, education, or branding-led industries is a strong plus.

  • Skilled across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X), with working knowledge of emerging platforms and trends.

  • An expert in both organic and paid social media, with the ability to grow audiences, drive engagement, and amplify content to achieve KPIs.

  • A masterful storyteller and content strategist, with an exceptional grasp of tone, copywriting, visual storytelling, and digital creativity.

  • Strong analytical mindset—proficient with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

  • Confident in reporting to C-level executives—capable of turning complex data into clear, impactful insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Experience working brand-side within global companies (GLCs), multinational corporations (MNCs), or high-growth startups preferred.
