About the Role
Phoenix Global Travel Services is excited to welcome passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Executives. This role also serves as an Affiliate Marketer, where you’ll help promote and grow awareness of our core services—work visas, student visas, and Certificates of Sponsorship.
Whether you’re an experienced marketer or just starting out, this remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in Nigeria while building your marketing career with a fast-growing global travel consultancy. You’ll be equipped with everything you need to promote our services and earn lucrative commissions for every successful referral.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic marketing plans to increase company visibility and drive lead generation.
- Promote Phoenix Global’s visa processing and sponsorship services to new clients across Nigeria and abroad.
- Build, manage, and grow a network of affiliate partnerships aligned with our brand and mission.
- Develop engaging campaigns and marketing content in collaboration with internal teams.
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate and marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Manage communication with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
- Provide regular feedback, reports, and insights to the marketing leadership team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales, preferably in service-based or B2C industries.
- Proven success in implementing marketing campaigns that generated measurable results.
- Experience in affiliate marketing or remote marketing roles is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of affiliate program management is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ₦250,000 per month
- Commission: 1.9% commission on each successful sale or conversion
- Bonuses & Incentives: Performance-based bonuses available
- Work Environment: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere in Nigeria)
