Role Overview

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all datasets and analytical outputs.

  • Tool Utilization: Use software such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, Python, R, or Tableau for advanced data analysis and visualization.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with remote team members across time zones, contributing to multi-disciplinary research and consulting projects.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, adopt new technologies, and improve analytical techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a research, consulting, or corporate environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, Python, or R.

  • Experience creating visualizations with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

  • Knowledge of research methods, survey design, and statistical analysis.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment using collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Asana.
