About the Role:

As a Lead Generation & Cold Caller, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your main goal will be to generate interest in our services or products and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Research & Prospecting: Use data mining techniques and tools to build lead lists from LinkedIn, directories, industry databases, and other sources.

  • Market Research: Identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities to refine our lead generation strategy.

  • ☎️ Cold Outreach: Make outbound cold calls and send emails or texts to introduce our offerings and spark interest.

  • Lead Qualification: Pre-screen prospects based on ideal client profiles and schedule meetings for our sales team.

  • CRM Management: Log all communications, notes, and lead statuses into our CRM accurately and consistently.

  • Relationship Building: Speak confidently and professionally with decision-makers, handle objections gracefully, and nurture interest.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ✔️ Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, B2B/B2C lead generation, or inside sales is essential.

  • ✔️ Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are a must.

  • ✔️ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mojo Dialer, or similar.

  • ✔️ Research-Oriented: Skilled in online research and data mining to discover new leads.

  • ✔️ Driven & Resilient: Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated during repetitive outreach.

  • ✔️ Script Confident: Able to follow structured call scripts while adapting to real-time conversations.

  • ✔️ Professional Demeanor: Friendly, confident, and respectful phone presence that leaves a great first impression.
