Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of the company—interacting directly with customers and ensuring they receive exceptional support. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and contribute to a smooth and positive customer experience across all service channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products and services

  • Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Offer support via phone, email, and other customer contact platforms

  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team

  • Document and report customer feedback and insights

  • Actively participate in improving customer satisfaction and service delivery

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/HND) in Business Administration or any relevant field

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment

  • Must be fluent in both Igbo and English

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and customer service software

  • Must be flexible and open to rotational or shift-based work schedules

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A solid understanding of customer service practices and performance standards
