Role Overview

The Remote Digital Project Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing creative and digital projects from inception to delivery. The Project Manager will serve as the central link between clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable tasks while coordinating designers, developers, copywriters, and strategists.   • Workflow Management: Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track deliverables, deadlines, and team responsibilities.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, industry standards, and agency benchmarks for creativity and effectiveness.

  • Budget Management: Track project expenses, manage resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.

  • Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports on project progress, performance metrics, and post-project evaluations to clients and agency leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, workflows, and communication methods for better efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience managing digital or creative projects, preferably within an agency environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships.

  • Proficiency with digital project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Slack, or similar).

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, creative design processes, and web development lifecycles.

  • Ability to lead and inspire remote, cross-functional teams across different time zones.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
