As a Remote HR Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure smooth HR operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle recruitment processes, manage onboarding activities, maintain employee records, and support policy implementation. You will also play an important role in fostering employee engagement and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

A significant part of your job will involve supporting clients in their staffing needs. This includes drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Once candidates are hired, you will oversee onboarding sessions, prepare employment documentation, and provide orientation to new employees.
