About the Role
Maxitech is looking for a Social Media Officer who can bring our brand to life online. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the digital world, loves engaging with audiences, and has a knack for creating content that drives traffic, builds loyalty, and sparks conversations.
You will take full ownership of our social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with the goal of strengthening our brand presence and engaging both existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms

Develop and implement content strategies tailored to each channel

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, captions, and videos

Schedule posts and maintain a consistent publishing calendar

Monitor page insights, engagement metrics, and audience growth

Respond to comments, DMs, and engage actively with followers

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to support campaigns
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a company or brand

Solid understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices

Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Hands-on experience creating short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories)

Strong writing and communication skills with a creative touch

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple platforms

Must provide a portfolio or sample of previous work to be considered
Salary Range:
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
