The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies that align with our brand goals. You will oversee daily content creation, community engagement, analytics tracking, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Facebook.
2. Create compelling, on-brand content (graphics, copy, video) in collaboration with the design and content teams.
3. Monitor, respond, and engage with our community to build brand loyalty.
4. Track performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and growth.
5. Manage social media calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaign timelines.

Requirements:

1. At least 2- years of proven experience in social media management.
2. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, paid social, and engagement tactics.
3. Proficiency with social tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
4. Creative thinker!

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with B2B and B2C social campaigns.
2. Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
3. Video editing or design skills are a MUST
