To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Marketing Manager to lead our digital and brand strategy efforts.

Job Summary

As a Remote Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our brand and digital marketing campaigns. Your main responsibility is to tell our brand story in a way that resonates with today’s digital-savvy customers, while increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and online sales. You will work closely with our sales, creative, and product teams to implement integrated campaigns that cut across platforms like social media, e-commerce, advertising, and influencer outreach.

You must be a data-driven marketing professional with strong creative instincts. This role requires hands-on experience managing marketing projects remotely, a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, and a knack for storytelling and community building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand’s identity and business goals.

  • Define the tone, messaging, and positioning of the New Age brand in the digital space.

  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain a consistent visual and brand tone across online and offline platforms.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage daily social media activity across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Create content calendars, drive engagement through innovative campaigns, and build a loyal online community.

3. Digital Advertising

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

  • Set clear performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, conversions) and manage ad spend to maximize results.

4. E-commerce Marketing

  • Drive growth of online sales by optimizing SEO, SEM, and email marketing funnels.

  • Collaborate with the web team to improve site usability, product pages, and customer experience.

  • Implement retargeting strategies and upsell/cross-sell mechanisms to increase average order value.

5. Influencer & Affiliate Campaigns

  • Develop and manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive awareness and credibility.

  • Explore affiliate marketing channels to broaden reach and trackable conversions.

6. Content Creation & Visual Branding

  • Oversee creative development for campaigns, including digital banners, social videos, email templates, and promotional graphics.

  • Ensure brand assets are updated, organized, and consistently used across channels.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed weekly/monthly reports on KPIs like impressions, engagement, conversions, and customer feedback.

  • Use data insights to iterate and improve ongoing marketing strategies.

8. Customer Loyalty & Engagement

  • Design and manage customer engagement initiatives such as referral programs, loyalty rewards, and interactive contests.

  • Use community management tools to interact with users and gather feedback.

9. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments such as sales, product design, and logistics to align marketing initiatives with company-wide objectives.

  • Provide marketing support during product launches and key promotional events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand and digital marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics, tech, or lifestyle industries.

  • Proven record of successful digital campaigns and audience growth.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, email automation, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills—must be able to translate product features into compelling narratives.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, SEMrush, and social media scheduling software.

  • Must be self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, or freelancers is a plus.

Work Hours
