About the Role
As a Remote Supply Chain Coordinator, you will ensure smooth operations across AgroLink’s logistics and distribution network. You’ll oversee order processing, monitor supply chain performance, and coordinate with farmers, transporters, and buyers. Your role will be critical in maintaining efficiency, cutting operational costs, and ensuring timely delivery of agricultural goods to markets.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for detail. You will serve as the link between ground operations and the digital logistics platform, ensuring that all stakeholders remain aligned.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics operations, including order processing, inventory checks, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure timely movement of goods.

Track shipments, monitor delivery performance, and resolve delays or disputes.

Maintain digital records of transactions, inventory, and shipments.

Support demand forecasting and resource planning to meet market requirements.

Optimize supply chain workflows to reduce inefficiencies and costs.

Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to management.

Ensure compliance with agricultural transport regulations and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and technology departments.

Provide real-time support to field officers using AgroLink’s logistics app.
Requirements
