Job Overview:

PalmPay is looking for a skilled Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive smarter business decisions across products, credit, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, clean, and manage large datasets from banking systems and digital channels

  • Analyze customer behavior, loan performance, deposits, and risk metrics

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly)

  • Provide strategic insights to improve product offerings, credit policies, and user acquisition

  • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Support regulatory reporting for institutions like CBN and NDIC
