Job Description
The Remote Administrative Assistant will serve as the central point of contact for administrative coordination. You will support the management in scheduling, communication, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently without close supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize virtual files, invoices, and records.
- Prepare weekly status reports and meeting summaries.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.).
